Kayla is the founder of Topaz Lending and the person clients work with directly throughout their lending journey. She began her career in conveyancing, where she developed a strong foundation in the legal processes behind buying and selling property. From there, she moved into real estate and property management, gaining hands-on experience with owners, investors, and tenants.
This background gives Kayla a unique perspective as a mortgage broker. She understands not only the finance side of lending but also the practical realities of property ownership and investment. Her knowledge of property management means she can see lending through the eyes of investors and homeowners alike, ensuring clients receive guidance that is both strategic and realistic.
